About me

I started my leadership development business in 2023, after years of training bank and credit union leaders. I got my start in training at a small credit union in Houston. I was a teller during summers and holidays while teaching middle and high school band. I loved helping customers and I loved teaching. In 2003, I got the chance to put both skills together as a credit union trainer. Since then, I have helped thousands of bankers improve service, become better leaders, and more. 

My beautiful wife and I live in Spring, Texas. We have two amazing children; Emily and PJ, who continue to make our lives richer and fuller.

I am so thankful for Iris, who has supported and encouraged me to spread my coaching and leadership expertise to leaders across the country.
